The festival will take place on the campus of Polytechnic University, Metrotech Center (in the center of the area bounded by Jay, Tillary, Willoughby, and Fulton Streets),  Downtown Brooklyn, NY. (Just over the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges from Manhattan.) Registration is in the Library Center Lobby, concerts in the Dibner Auditorium of the Library Center, and workshops in both the Rogers Building and Library Center. These buildings and the dorm building are all next to each other on the Metrotech Center Commons. Various parking garages are in the area at a cost of $9 - $16 per day ($27 to $35 for the weekend). Housing: Moderately priced, air conditioned, on-campus housing is available at Polytechnic University in the Othmer Residence Hall. The cost is $30 per person, per night, double occupancy. Single occupancy $60 per night. We will try to arrange room-mates if you request. 50% deposit required. Must book by 31 May 2004 to be guaranteed a place. see booking flyer (.pdf format) for details.   (DORM IS PRESENTLY FULL BOOKED!)
