The cost of camp is $820 for non members; $770 for members of association organizations (see list). An initial deposit of $150 is required to secure a reservation.

You will receive a confirmation once we receive your registration and payment.
Cancellation policy: If you must cancel, please let us know as soon as possible; we often have someone on a waiting list eager to attend. If you cancel on or before March 31, your entire amount paid will be refunded. April 1 thru May 15, 2017, $75 per person will be withheld. May 16 thru June 30, 2017, $150 per person will be withheld. July 1 thru August 7, $250 per person will be withheld.For cancellations after August 7, 2017, $320 per person will be withheld. In the event of cancellation without notification, the entire fee will be retained. If you cancel from the waitlist at any time, your entire amount paid will be refunded. Registrations are not transferable.

Not enough space? More that two registrants? The form will populate an email for you to send to us — just add any extra information before sending.
When you hit "Click ONCE ONLY to send form" an email should pop up that you should then send to us. You can add any info to that email. Yes, it's clunky, but should work! If it doesn't, use the TradMaD REgistration Form (pdf format).
