COVID Policies
Here are the Camp's COVID Guidelines for Campers for 2024.
Forms to fill out
- All campers and staff must read, sign, and return the Waiver, available later.
- Scholarship information, the Smoking Policy, and the Special Diets information are now all included in the registration form.
2024 Cancellation policy
(Note: This is also included in the registration form)
If you think you or anyone in your household has COVID, or if you are experiencing COVID symptoms, we encourage you to stay home. You may cancel due to COVID at any time and receive a full refund.
We will miss you, but If you must cancel, please let us know as soon as possible; we often have someone on a waitlist eager to attend.
For non-covid cancellatons:
- Up to 30 days before the first day of TradMaD - no cancellation fee
- 7-30 days before the first day of TradMaD - $200/person
- Less than 7 days before the first day of TradMaD - $400/person
- From waitlist (any time) - no cancellation fee
- Without notifying us before the first day of TradMaD - no refund
All cancellation fees go into the scholarship fund and a donation letter is issued. Registrations are not transferable.To continue, you must read and agree to the above cancellation policy.
