you have a
great weekend, please review the important information below as it may
be
different than what you may have been used to in the past.
The grounds
are lovely, the rooms neat and clean, the staff personable.
All we need
now is you! It’s going to be a great weekend!
Arrival/departure time: Registration begins at 5pm on Friday. Please do not plan to arrive earlier than 5pm as the group pays an extra charge for early arrivals. Sunday – out of rooms by 10am, off the grounds by 2pm.
Friday night: Dinner is NOT included. Either have dinner on the way to Warwick or check in and go out for dinner in the town of Warwick.

He will be contacting those of you who offered or requested rides. If you are unable to get a ride with someone, you may take New Jersey Transit Buses from the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Please let the coordinator know on which bus you will be arriving so we can arrange to have you picked up at the Oakland Avenue bus stop in Warwick. For drivers, a page of driving directions may be downloaded from http://www.folkmusicny.org/Directions_Warwick.html. If you are driving from NYC and the weather is inclement or you are an unsure driver, we recommend following directions for the New York Thruway.
